Summary[]
Kitsune hears a tale about a young fox saving a girl trapped in a picture by grabbing an upset Oni’s horn, and upon finding a picture of Shinobu, believes she is trapped as well and targets Lum.

Differences from the manga[]
The plot is essentially the same except:
- Kitsune actually hears the old lady telling the tale to a boy while sitting outside under a window.
- Ataru is found flirting with a girl right after Kitsune tries to hit Lum twice as soon as she finds him. Thus Kitsune doesn't sleep next to Lum in Ataru's room, Cherry doesn't appear, and Kitsune doesn't taste Lum's spicy food.
