Summary[]
Ran cooks an Oden for Rei with love mushrooms that should make him fall madly in love with her, but Kotatsu-Neko gulps it all down and starts following Ran around, much to her annoyance.

Differences from the manga[]
- Ataru, Mendō, Lum's Stormtroopers, the Principal and Onsen-Mark do not appear. Thus, every scenes featuring them are anime original.
- The manga starts with Ran cooking her oden for Rei.
- Ran went out for shopping when Kotatsu-Neko walked in her spaceship and ate her oden thus is not wearing just a towel while being followed and with Lum. And she doesn't fall after Lum speaks with the cat.
- The scenes of Ran trying to kill Kotatsu-Neko are anime original. After Ran gets angry at Lum for the apron from Kotatsu-Neko, it jumps to her making another oden which leads to the conclusion.
