Prince of the Underground (地底のプリンス, chitei no purinsu) is an alien who hoped to become Lum’s new groom.
Biography[]
He was invited to a matchmaking party for Lum organized by Lum's Father, where he shows his talent of digging which doesn’t impress Lum who is further annoyed by how he talks to her as if they became engaged. As an anti-matchmaking front disrupts the party and is surrounded by guards, he emerges from a hole underground to which they make their escape together with Lum. He is instructed by the leader of anti-matchmaking front to dig deeper then tries chasing Lum again only to be confronted by the leader who reveals to be his fiancé Prim whom he claims having not forgotten much to her annoyance. He keeps digging until reaching an exit only to lead everyone back to Lum’s father who however is convinced by Lum to cancel the party, and is taken back home by Prim who warns him that she’ll kill him if he runs away again.

- The Prince of the Underground was designed by a fan named Fujimoto Hitoshi who was 21 years old during a fan contest creation for the manga.
