Reika Kikyo (キキョウ レイカ, Frozen Dessert Bellflower?) is the No.1 Babe from Butsumetsu High School, serving as the school's most popular girl and as a member of the Rose Buds, an alliance made up of the most popular and attractive girls from every major organized school in Tomobiki who use their popularity and influence to act as the unofficial leaders of their respective schools' gangs and factions to maintain peace and order between the rival schools.

Reika comes off as cold and stern, rarely showing emotions and is mostly concerned with maintaining her popularity and influence as well as the balance of order within the Rose Buds. However she does have a love for dolls and other cutesy things and because of this she became friends with Ran and even formed an alliance with her, seeing much in common with Ran and noting that they have similar personalities.
