Shakko High School (赤口高校) is a neighbor school to Tomobiki High School and the one with closest ties to Tomobiki High.
Unlike other rival schools, Shakko's High's known students are longtime friends of students from Tomobiki High, and Shakko High's own No.1 Babe and popular girl is a childhood friend of Shinobu Miyake. Also of note is that the female student uniform is notably more refined than that of other schools and even includes white berets and cravats.

- The anime made Shakko High School more relevant than in the manga:
- The head of its newspaper appeared in Episode 10 as a friend of Perm's.
- The school's No.1 Hot Babe Asano Yumi was introduced as a supporting character along with her subordinates in Episode 64 and Episode 91.
- 赤口 can be translated as "Red Mouth" and "Red Mouth Day", a day from the Rokuyo fortunetelling-calendar with origins in China believed to have ties with the demonic rakshasa and said to be an unlucky day when weddings should not be held (although it can be lucky during the Hour of the Horse from 11AM to 1PM).
